You move between tiers with a single conversation. If you start Starter and hit 400 conversations a month, we bump you to Established. If a seasonal slowdown cuts volume, we scope back. Month-to-month means it actually tracks your reality.

Capabilities are bundled by tier, moving from Starter (2 capabilities) to Established (6 capabilities) is the tier move. Inside a tier, adding channels or integrations is included. We don't nickel-and-dime.

Flat pricing means call volume can triple and your bill doesn't change. That's the entire point, predictable cost during exactly the periods when your shop most needs coverage. Generic per-minute vendors make money when you're busiest; we don't.

Don't decide upfront. On the prototype call we'll scope based on your actual volume and capabilities needed. Most shops land in Established. We'll tell you honestly if Starter is enough or if Multi-truck is required.
