What we collect.

When you book a demo, contact us, or sign up to use Solar AI Employee, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, business name, business website, and answers to qualification questions we ask during onboarding. When you use our service, we process call transcripts, SMS conversations, web chat transcripts, and lead qualification data generated on your behalf for your business.

How we use it.

To deliver the service, tune the AI, operate integrations with your CRM and calendar, and communicate with you about the product. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your call data or lead data to train models for other customers.

Third-party integrations.

Solar AI Employee integrates with services including Google services (Calendar, Sheets, analytics via Google Analytics), Meta (Facebook Pixel for conversion tracking), CRM platforms you authorize (Sunbase, JobNimbus, Shape, HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Nutshell, and others), messaging providers, and voice-infrastructure providers. Each integration has its own privacy policy. We pass only the data necessary to fulfill the integration's purpose.

Cookies & analytics.

This website uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and improve our marketing. You can opt out by using browser privacy tools, ad-blockers, or Google's and Meta's respective opt-out mechanisms.

Data retention.

Operational data (lead records, call transcripts) is retained for the duration of your contract plus 90 days, then deleted unless you request export. Marketing inquiries (demo requests, contact form submissions) are retained for 2 years or until you request deletion.

Your rights.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you're in California, the CCPA applies; if you're in the EU, GDPR applies.
